AcroDance is a unique performing art that focuses on five divisions: flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling. Similar to floor skills in gymnastics, this high energy class teaches basic tumbling including backbends, cartwheels, handstands/headstands, rolls, walkovers, handsprings, aerial tricks and more. AcroDance is excellent for dancers who are interested in becoming more versatile and comfortable with floor work and movement performed upside-down. This is an Open Level class.
