We Provide:
Birthday parties are one and a half hours. Peachtree Dance provides one hour of dance and dance-related games and 30 minutes in the party room. We offer Ballerina and Hip Hop party options, but if you have a Custom Party Theme in mind, we would love to work with you to make it a reality. Ballerina birthday parties are led by a real Ballerina dressed in a professional costume for an additional $25.

We provide three 8ft tables, chairs, white table clothes, and trash cans in the party room, plus sink, refrigerator, and counter space in an adjacent kitchen. We also provide props and a playlist of clean, upbeat, and theme-appropriate music. A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your booking for a basic dance birthday party. A$250 non-refundable deposit secures your booking for a deluxe dance birthday party. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of the party. Parents may arrive 30 minutes before the start time to set up and decorate the party room however they like! Parents provide decorations, music, food, and drinks. If your child has song requests, please provide music by either CD or a device. You are welcome to tip the dance staff for a job well done. It’s a fun and easy way to host a great party!

Pricing:
There is a non-refundable deposit required to reserve your day and time. Online reservations are not available. Any additional balance is due on the day of the party. Please contact the director to book a party.

Party Info:
Come experience a fun, energetic and exciting Gymnastics Birthday at Peachtree Gym.

We offer 1.5 hour birthday parties with 1 hour of programming and 30 minutes in the party room. We also offer two hour parties, one hour and fifteen minutes on the equipment and 45 minutes in the party room. Parents are responsible for decorations, food, drinks and paper products. We provide one hour of instructor lead gymnastics, cheer and/or ninja programming along with open gym and fun games.

Parents may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to set-up the party room. In the party room, we act as a server or, if preferred, leave the family to private time in the room. We then help clean up the entire party. You are welcome to tip your staff for a job well done, but gratuities are not required.

It’s a fun and easy way to host a great party! All Gymnastics parties are hosted in the Gymnastics Center.

Pricing:
1.5 hour $200* (10 kids, $20 per additional child)
60 minutes on gymnastics equipment and thirty minutes in the party room. The time on the gymnastics equipment is first and participants dismiss from the party room without returning to the equipment or spring floor. $200 party minimum

2 hour $250* (10 kids, $25 per additional child)

*All parties have $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid within five days of party booking. Deposit is applied to birthday party balance. With a one week notice, parties can be rescheduled at no charge.

Policies:
1. The birthday party capacity is 26 kids (this includes all siblings 12 months and older).

2. The birthday party is structured similar to a camp consisting of rotating through multiple gymnastics events and group games. Free play is limited to designated areas only.

3. Host parents are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to set-up and decorate in the party room.

a. There are four 6 ft rectangular tables per party room. Two to three tables are used for the participants. Parents will have two table available for food, presents or party favors.

b. Host parents are responsible for removing all decorations at the end of the party. Balloons, streamers and banners are welcome.

Fun and Sports Party :
FUN AND SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTY
Ages 3-6
Come join us for our Fun and Sports Parties!!! Start the party with some Basketball and Soccer and then continue with guided games and such as Chase the Hula Hoop, Popcorn Parachute, Red Light Green Light, and Noodle Tag.
Why not finish off the party with our obstacle course which includes tunnels for crawling, pads for flipping and of course our trampoline for jumping.

Coaches do head counts to determine the number of participants in the party. Total amount charged after the party has concluded.

All Parties are led by two coaches on the main gym floor. Parties are given one of two courts two host their event. With room in the bleachers for parents and siblings to observe the party.

Party Room/Set Up:
Party rooms are ready no earlier than 30 minutes before the party for set up
Room includes Tables, Chairs, White Cotton Table Cloths
Ready to decorate however please do not tape to the mirrors.
Fridge/Freezer and Small Kitchen across the hall (NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES)
Trash Cans Located in the Rooms. Staff takes care of clean up
