FIT Fusion will bring your fitness workout to life! Work all muscles fusing cardio and strength components to music with playlists to keep you moving and inspired. Each class will be uniquely created allowing you to choose your level and pace. In the strength sections, we may include weights, gliders, balls or your own body precision with squats, lunges & more. The cardio sections will incorporate low or high intervals from kickboxing to sprinting to the finish. Get ready to go beyond boring and traditional cardio and strength to a class that has something for everyone!
